SmartInternz powers industry-led internships and hackathons. I managed the UI platform, API orchestration, and infrastructure automation that keeps the LMS running for 400K+ students.
Most efforts centered around improving completion rates via targeted comms, streamlining mentor review flows, and stabilizing nightly imports/export pipelines.
- Implemented reusable notification templates and Cron-driven digest workflows.
- Optimized dashboard API calls to reduce P95 latency by double digits.
