Description
To keep mentors and students connected outside formal classes, we built a dedicated community layer. I owned the architecture, data modelling, and UI flows for workspaces, in-app notifications, and email broadcasts.
- Implemented fine-grained permissions so mentors can delegate moderation safely.
- Added automation hooks that trigger campaigns whenever engagement dips below thresholds.
- Instrumented the platform with product analytics to capture feature adoption.
